Damaged Goods

We thoroughly check all goods before dispatch and personally take great care in their packing. If in the unlikely event that any of the items arrive damaged, you must notify us immediately (within two days of arrival) by e-mail or phone. The goods will be replaced and we will refund the return carriage costs. The damaged goods must be returned to us and the replacements will be dispatched upon the arrival of the returns.

Notes:

  • If the outer carton is damaged you must make this known to the delivery person and when signing for the goods make a note that the carton has arrived damaged.
  • You must note the delivery company.
  • You will need to keep, in order to forward to us, a copy of any Return Dispatch Note showing dates and costs
  • To avoid complications you must follow exactly our procedures.


Exchange and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to faulty (e.g. torn, damaged, bleached), we will gladly exchange or refund any item within 7 days of your purchase. You must provide us your name and date of purchase by emailing to order@jomstop.com. Please include the reason for exchange or refund and the item you would like to exchange it with. The goods are required to be returned to us without fail.

We will not responsible for shipping charges incurred during the exchange or refund process. In order to receive your exchange or refund please ensures your product is unused, in original condition and/or with all tags in place. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund if we determine that the product is not in its original condition.


Privacy Policy

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping with us. We do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform our customers when we add new items or offer sales or discounts on our website; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else.

To accommodate changes in our service, the technology, and legal developments, our policies may change over time.
